Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Sky Inventory, the system operated by Sky Trade Support, Inc. for managing aircraft parts inventory, receiving inspections, quotes and orders.

Who may use it

Sky Inventory is a private system. Access is granted by Sky Trade Support to its own staff and to customers who request an account, and it is not open to the general public. Customer accounts are reviewed before they are enabled.

Your account

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for what happens under yours, and for keeping your password to yourself. Actions such as receiving a shipment or signing an inspection are recorded against the account that performed them, so sharing credentials makes those records meaningless. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used by someone else.

How it may be used

Use the system for the work of Sky Trade Support and its customers. Do not attempt to access records that do not belong to you, to bypass the permissions assigned to your role, to disrupt the service, or to extract data in bulk for any purpose other than your work with us.

Records and documents

Receiving inspection reports, quotes and orders produced by this system are business records. Once an inspection is signed by both the person who received the material and the person who inspected it, the report is closed and cannot be edited — a signature has to certify the data that was signed. Corrections are made by removing the signature, which is recorded, and signing again.

QuickBooks Online

An administrator may connect the system to the company's QuickBooks Online account. The connection is used only to keep customers, items, estimates and invoices consistent between the two systems. It can be revoked at any time from Admin → Settings or from Intuit, and revoking it deletes the stored tokens. Sky Trade Support is responsible for the accuracy of its own accounting records; the connection is a convenience, not a substitute for them.

Availability

We aim to keep the system available, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of failures outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Information about parts

Stock levels, prices and availability shown in the system are for reference and may change. A quote is binding only in the terms stated on the quote itself.

Ending access

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or that no longer needs access. You may ask us to close your account at any time; business records already created are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The system is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Sky Trade Support is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above. Continuing to use the system after a change means accepting the updated terms.
