Third parties
One third-party service can set a cookie on this site, and only where it is needed:
- Google reCAPTCHA — loads when you use the contact form or the sign-in page, to tell a person from an automated script. Google may set its own cookie (_GRECAPTCHA) for that check. It is a security measure, not advertising. See Google's privacy policy.
We also load fonts and stylesheets from Google Fonts and from public code libraries (Tailwind CSS, cdnjs). Those do not set cookies, but the request itself reaches those providers, including your IP address.
We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social network buttons and no session-recording tools.
Why we do not ask for your consent first
This website is operated from Florida, United States, and follows United States law. There is no federal cookie-consent statute; what the law requires is a clear and truthful disclosure, which is the purpose of this page, under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, which prohibits deceptive practices.
- Florida. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq., in force since July 1, 2024) governs the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, and applies to companies above a revenue threshold that we do not meet. Even so, we follow its substance: we do not sell personal data, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not profile anyone.
- California and other states. The California Online Privacy Protection Act requires this kind of disclosure of any site that collects personal information from its residents. Laws such as the CCPA/CPRA apply above thresholds we do not meet; regardless, residents of any state may exercise the rights described below.
- Europe. If you visit from the European Union, note that the cookies above are limited to what is strictly necessary and to remembering your appearance choice — the categories that, under the ePrivacy Directive, do not require prior consent.
If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, this page will say so and we will ask for your consent before setting them.
How to control them
- The appearance cookie disappears if you clear this site's data in your browser. The site keeps working without it; it will simply open in light mode every time.
- The session cookie is deleted when you sign out, and expires on its own after 24 hours.
- Any browser lets you block or delete cookies for a site, in its privacy settings. Blocking the session cookie means you will not be able to sign in to the system — it is what keeps you signed in.
- "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control. We do not track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing to switch off: these signals change nothing here, because we do not collect what they are meant to block.
Your rights
Write to sales@skytradesupport.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for its deletion. We answer within 45 days, the period the state privacy laws set. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Changes
If the cookies we use change, we will update this page and the date above.
